CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

In the event of cancellation, the terms set out in the cancellation policy applicable to the property shall apply.

No REFUNDS will be made if the customer voluntarily withdraws from the services after the cancellation deadline.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company may provide the customer with alternative accommodation of equal or superior standard without any refund being due to either party.
